For educational institutions using our Platform:

  • Student academic records are treated as educational records under FERPA
  • We do not use student data for marketing or third-party advertising
  • We maintain reasonable safeguards to protect student data
  • Institutions retain control over student data and may request deletion

5. Sharing of Information

With Schools/Institutions: If you're enrolled through a school, we share your academic progress and performance data with authorized instructors and administrators.

We Do NOT Sell Your Data: We never sell, trade, or share personal information with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.
