These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including all content, features, and services offered. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
To use the Platform, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must also consent to these Terms. Schools and educational institutions may register accounts on behalf of students; in such cases, the institution is responsible for ensuring compliance and obtaining necessary parental consents. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of your password.

The Platform is provided for legitimate educational purposes. Users agree to maintain academic integrity and comply with their school's or institution's honor codes and policies. Cheating, unauthorized collaboration, or plagiarism is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate access for suspected academic dishonesty and to report violations to the user's institution.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to exams, practice tests, instructional materials, graphics, logos, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to Backflow Exam Prep and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for personal, educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or otherwise exploit the content without written permission.
Any content you upload, submit, or post to the Platform ("User Content") is your responsibility. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it for service improvement and platform operation. You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to share any User Content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms, engage in academic dishonesty, violate laws, or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or other users. You may cancel your account at any time through the Settings page.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Backflow Exam Prep, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
